At M·A·C Cosmetics Online, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from M·A·C Cosmetics Online, you may return them within fourteen (14) days from the date you received them, following the easy steps below:

Before returning the products, please contact our customer service team by calling (+30) 210 6595700 (Monday-Friday 9am - 5.30pm) or emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org, in order for you to be guided through the returns procedure, provide the reasons of your withdrawal or discuss any other matter regarding the return of the products.
2. PACK IT
The products must be returned in their original condition (“as new”) in which they were delivered to you, and you must in particular ensure that the products are not damaged, altered or used.
3. SHIP IT
Our customer service team will arrange for our cooperating courier company to pick-up the package and return it to our warehouse. At that point you will not be requested to pay the courier directly for the return shipment.

Regardless of the method of return of the products, you are kindly requested to retain the proof of shipment (e.g. courier’s receipt) in order to have evidence that you have returned the products in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned goods.
What is the shipping cost for the returns?
If you return products for reasons other than defects in the products, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the cost of the return shipment of the products back to us.
If the return is made with our cooperating courier company, by arrangement of our customer service team, the cost of the return shipment shall be 3€ (the cost may be adjusted in accordance with the policy of the courier company applicable from time to time). The respective amount shall not be paid by you directly to the courier that will pick-up the package, but shall be deducted from the final amount to be refunded/ reimbursed to you.
If you opt to use another courier company you shall pay the return shipment cost directly.
How long will it take and how will I receive a credit for my returned items?
The issuing of refund will be completed within 14 days from the date we are informed about your decision to return the products, provided that the products are shipped back wrapped, unused and undamaged.
In the case you return a whole order and not part of it, we shall also refund the initial shipping costs you may have paid, provided they do not exceed the cost of the most cost-efficient method offered by us (and displayed on our Website).
Refunds will only be made via the original payment method used. For credit / debit card payments, refunds are made directly to the card used for payment. Especially, for orders paid via the COD method or IRIS Online Payments, the customer shall have to provide us a bank account (IBAN), for us to debit the equivalent amount. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
Can I exchange a product(s)?
The exchange of products is not possible. In the case you wish to return a product(s), you shall follow the return procedure described above and then proceed with a new order for the products you wish to purchase.
I received a gift. Can I return it?If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at (+30) 210 6595700 for assistance.
I would like to return a gift but I don’t want the gift-giver to know. Can you help?
If you received a gift and wish to return it, then the customer who made the original purchase will have to follow the Return Procedure as described above and he/she shall also receive the order refund.
Can I return a product that was purchased at a M·A·C Cosmetics store or at my local department store counter?
At M·A·C Cosmetics Online, we can accept returns for products purchased on our website only. Products purchased from a M·A·C store or at a local M·A·C counter should be returned to the location of purchase. Products purchased at a store will be subject to the return policy of each store.
My items arrived damaged. What should I do?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible at (+30) 210 6595700.
