1 HOW DO I FIND M·A·C PRODUCTS?

M·A·C Cosmetics takes great pride in producing the finest quality prestige makeup products. 2 HOW CAN I WORK FOR M·A·C?

We are always in search of bright, energetic individuals to represent us. Unfortunately, we do not have an employment section on our website at this time.

To enquire about positions in our corporate offices or corporate field positions, please send a cover letter and resume to: maccv@gr.estee.com (Greece) and mac@mac-cyprus.com (Cyprus).

Your information will be reviewed by our Human Resources Department. Please understand that we can only respond if there is a position available that is suited to your qualifications.

3 HOW DO I BECOME A M·A·C ARTIST?

We are always in search of bright, energetic individuals to represent us. Unfortunately, we do not have an employment section in our website at this time.

For a Makeup Artist position within a M·A·C Store or department store that carries M·A·C Cosmetics, please enquire with the Human Resources Director of the store and indicate your preference to work at the M·A·C counter.

4 HOW CAN I BOOK A MAKEUP APPOINTMENT?

We'd love to do your makeup! Appointments are booked individually by store so select a location and call directly for scheduling and costs.

5 HOW CAN I BOOK A BRIDAL OR PRIVATE APPOINTMENT?

M·A·C Cosmetics offers makeup consultations at all M·A·C Stores. Consultations offer you the opportunity to work directly with our highly trained M·A·C Artists. Go to our Find Stores page to locate a M·A·C store near you. Click here for more details.

6 WHERE IS MY ORDER?

7 CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your M·A·C purchase, you may return any item in its original condition and we will refund the price paid by you for the goods. If you wish to return an item purchased through maccosmetics.gr, please click here for step-by-step directions. Please note that items cannot be exchanged, you will have to return the items according to our Return Policy and place a new order.

8 DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

maccosmetics.gr is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of Greece. We apologize for any inconvenience.

9 HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact our Customer Service team within one hour of placing your order at (+30) 210 6595700 (Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm) or email us at customerservice@gr.maccosmetics.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot make changes to an order once we have received it.

10 I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?

11 MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents, and contact us as soon as possible at (+30) 210 6595700 for assistance.

12 WHY IS MY FAVOURITE PRODUCT DISCONTINUED? CAN I STILL PURCHASE IT?

Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Contact us at iinfo@maccosmetics.gr and a M·A·C Artist will be happy to help find you a new favourite.

Pre-Order FAQs

1 What is a “Pre-Order”?

From time to time, you may see a product designated as “Pre-Order” on www.maccosmetics.gr. This indicates that the product is an upcoming new release that is not currently available for shipment, but can be ordered now for future shipment. Pre-Order item(s) can be added to your cart, purchased, and returned like any other item.

2 What Should I Expect When I Purchase a “Pre-Order” Item?

After your Pre-Order purchase, you will receive a Pre-Order confirmation email indicating the Pre-Order item(s) purchased and the ship date for these item(s). You will also be able to view this information in the Order History section of your account.

Once the Pre-Order item(s) are available for shipment, you will be assigned an order confirmation number which will be reflected in your Order History. When the Pre-Order item(s) arrives at your delivery location, you will be asked to pay via COD.

Due to exceptional circumstances, we could be unable to ship your product by the ship date. If this occurs, we will provide you with notice specifying the new ship date. You will have the ability to cancel your Pre-Order at any time until the new ship date, as described here.

3 Can I purchase Pre-Order item(s) along with in-stock item(s)?

Yes, you can add Pre-Order item(s) to your shopping cart along with in-stock product(s), and you will only need to check out once to purchase all of these items. However, your Pre-Order item will be charged and shipped separately from your in-stock product(s).

4 What form(s) of payment can I use to purchase a Pre-Order item?

Pre-Order item(s) can be purchased using COD only.

Please note that in order to purchase a Pre-Order item using a credit card, you must first create a M∙A∙C Cosmetics Greece Online customer account and save your credit card information. This will allow us to charge your credit card for the Pre-Order purchase at the time of shipment. 5 When will I be charged for a Pre-Order purchase?

You will be charged for your Pre-Order item(s) purchased via COD at the time of delivery.

6 How can I cancel, modify, or return a Pre-Order purchase?

Before your Pre-Order is assigned an Order Number, you can modify, cancel, or check the status of your Pre-Order by contacting www.maccosmetics.gr at (+30) 210 6595700 or by using the online here. After an Order Number is assigned, you may return your Pre-Order item(s) in accordance with your Right of Withdrawal under our Terms of Sale.

Please note that any modifications to your Pre-Order, including changes to your shipping address or payment method, must be made by cancelling your original Pre-Order and placing a new Pre-Order with the updated information and is subject to inventory availability at the time of the new Pre-Order.

7 What Shipping Options Are Available For Pre-Order?

We are pleased to inform you that all Pre-Order items will be shipped for free. If you purchase a mix of in-stock items and Pre-Order items, your in-stock item(s) will be subject to the standard MAC Cosmetics Greece shipping policies.

8 Are Pre-Order Items Eligible for Promotional Offers?

Unfortunately, Pre-Order items are not eligible for promotional offers. If you purchase a mix of in-stock items and Pre-Order items, you will be able to apply an available promotional offer to the in-stock item(s) only, assuming those item(s) meet the criteria for that offer.
